Review..FJ..Dalton GA

Why is it that basics like ketchup, mustard and steak sauce are not kept on every table any more? I don't like it. Worse, the brainless "servers" don't ask if you want any. So, here at the Flying J, after spending the majority of my day getting into ATL around I-285 and then trying to get out, I was looking for some steak. I found a table near a TV. There was no silverware and no place mat. I found my own. Based on this reception, I did not order off the menu, instead choosing the "steak" buffet. Smearing the meat with whatever the brown gravy was, made the meal acceptable. I asked for water with lemon, and the "server" forgot the lemon. She did leave me the bill and forgot I existed. I forgot her tip. She was too busy talking to the other "servers" behind the counter, all avoiding having to do their jobs. The cost was $11. Most the drivers eating, were silent, as they were in shock due to $4/gal diesel and slow freight.
