The "vehicle" in front of me is not moving. It has come to a complete stop on I35 in the middle lane. It did this after "wanting" to exit by starting to change lanes, but then apparently changed their mind. They put their right turn signal on, then turned it off. They put their "flashers" on, then turned them off. The three cars behind them already had safely moved around them before I took this photo. After is was very clear I moved to the right and passed them. It looked as though the vehicle they were operating just died. Before all this, "they" drove in the same middle lane at about 45 mph for miles seemingly unaware of unconcerned (or both) of what and who else was around them. The speed limit here is 65 mph. Look real close at this photo...
