How not to tarp...

The shipper wanted this load tarped. He paid for the tarping. He did not want the load wet or exposed to the elements. The driver did a lousy job. The shippers I deal with would not let me leave the premises if I did such a lousy careless half-ass job. This is a claim waiting to happen. At least get the two tarps to join in the middle. Looking at this drivers equipment, trailer and rig - his entire operation is a mess. Makes us all look bad. What else is new?
