I had a pick-up yesterday (Friday) at Kaiser Aluminum in Sherman, TX. I sat right across from their factory on US75 for over an hour. The road had been closed. It seems there was an accident. I learned the next morning that less than 1/4 mile ahead of me 17 people had lost their lives that day. A bus had blown a steer tire and overturned off the highway. The tire was an illegal retread. The driver, who had a criminal record, was carrying an expired DOT med/physical card. The bus company Iguala Bus-Mex was not licensed to carry passengers. It is one thing to read about such a tragedy, it is quite another to see it first hand.
