your bill since just about every weigh station now has PrePass turned off in an effort to “fleece” truck drivers. Why do I need PrePass anymore if it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to? OOIDA is silent on the issue. What else is new? Right now PrePass is a rip-off and useless black plastic box stuck to my windshield which I'm not paying for anymore.
