Would you believe this is a “holdover” from the November 4th election. Yeah, like ah, three months ago? His “victory” by about 225 votes is expected to be certified this afternoon. This is in Minnesota by the way, the same folks who elected Jesse “The Body” Ventura as their Governor a few years back.
If this turns out to be a done deal, Bill O’Reilly and Rush Limbaugh are going to have coronaries. Both hate Franken, and the feeling is quite mutual. But, there still is a 7-day (additional) waiting period before the election certification is finalized. If either side files a lawsuit, the certification becomes “conditional” until any suit is settled. Politics.
