Headed home...

Well it turns out we didn't spend too much time down in Laredo. The 100+ heat was a little much - especially when you have to untarp a full load. Just before we M/T'd out we received a preplan for Wildwood, FL. We should be at the house Thursday night. We have been on the road 40 days and have driven over 12,500 miles - which, for a flatbed, is a lot of road time. We stopped by Target off I35 to pick up some needed items to get us home - a few boxes of White Castle cheeseburgers, coffee creamer, plastic cups, bagels and cream cheese, and of course, another 5 pack of underwear. We will purchase more Gatorade as we move toward Florida. Water is not part of our diet. We should have stock in Gatorade. We have three medium sized transformers going to the power company for a 1pm appointment on Thursday. We really need some downtime and hopefully we can spend some "quality" time on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. There are many errands and things we can't accomplish on the road that need to be taken care of. We need to upgrade our cell phone and get our "new" digital camera repaired - or replace it. There is a new 12 mp (mega pixel) Casio camera that we're interested in. Anyhow -just sitting in the living room in a comfortable chair absorbing the quiet, is what we're really looking forward to the most. We've had some problems with formatting which happens every so often on the blogging system. Despite this, we decided it was a good time to publish our special report on depression. Please read it and pass it along.
