So I spent the morning in Mineola, NY then onto Wallingford CT then down the NJ Tnpk - took about an hour to cross the GWB - and ended the day at my favorite FJ site. Why favorite? Well, it is out of the way, never crowded, always spotless, very quiet and the - whatever FJ calls its employees - are young hot college girls. My "server" this evening was hot Mara. She just walked out of the latest "Girls Gone Wild" video and decided to earn some extra cash making truckers lives very happy. I'm using "literary license" with the GGW thing. Somewhere in her young life, someone taught hot Mara how to waitress. She's good. But she can probably double her income if she donned a pair of support hose and orange hot pants and worked at Hooter's. But then that not our business. I'm trying to get past hot Mara and remember what I ate. Oh yeah, the steak floating in gravy was good, the roasted potatoes undercooked - I don't not like my potatoes al dente - they should have been cooked another 15 minutes or so. There were no bowls for soup or ice cream. At least the ice cream machine worked. The rolls were hot, soft and tasty! Yes, you read that correctly - hot, soft, tasty rolls. Wow, what a concept! I made two steak sandwiches. Hot Mara was there to supply me with whatever I needed. And she a-n-t-i-c-p-a-t-e-d when my water with lemon was getting low and brought me another. I don't remember what else I ate. I said tootles to hot Mara and spend a few minutes joking with hot Samantha, the cashier, who looked like Sara Silverman, the comedienne, and girlfriend of Jimmy Kimmel. By the way $3 tip for hot Mara. What the hell, I got that $200 tip earlier in the day. Spread the wealth around, I always say. **the photo credit and link is:
