new card readers? This unit was at the T/A downtown Nashville. It's great, when it works. This day, all the new machines were "frozen." Time will tell if they can stand up to all the driver abuse. The older card readers are horrible - the worst ones are at Pilot. And despite all this new technology, the morons in Indiana still can't process a fuel transaction without your DOT/ICC number. The clerks don't even know what the ICC or DOT is. Why isn't the number programmed in when you slide your Comdata card? Who the hell knows. I don't care why not, just get it done.
