Then add to the "mix" all the retarded Texas drivers. Cars, trucks and pick-ups with Texas plates drive too fast, cut you off, shift 3-4 lanes at the last minute to exit, have no clue how to get on the interstate, talk incessantly on cell phone and don't care about anything or anyone around them, don't know how to deal with big trucks, etc., etc. - they are the worst drivers in the country. Today, traffic was backed for miles because a trooper (pulled over) was assisting a woman changing a tire. What is do freak'n interesting about that? Nothing is the answer. It doesn't matter if your Mexican, African-American, White, Chinese or whatever, if you have a Texas license, you're retarded. You could double the amount of Texas troopers and there still wouldn't be enough law enforcement to "control" all the retarded drivers.
