absolutely positively nuts at exit #13 off I35. This exit has three big truck stops and is also one the main access roads to hundreds of freight brokers. At the end of the 2-3 mile backup of mostly big rigs is a couple of Laredo locals attempting to "control" traffic. There is also a very active Union Pacific rail crossing on the Pilot side of the exit. This mess is another fine example of bureaucratic stupidity by the Texas DOT.
