Wonder who the President is voting for?

77 days left Mr. President, oh sorry, I mean Mr. Vice-President. What kind of nonsense are you going to pull before you go home to Wyoming? Did you vote today, Mr. Cheney? Did you say Sen. Obama? No? Too bad. So, Sara Palin was your idea? I thought so. What about all those nasty ads - your idea? I thought so.

Hey, let me ask you a question. Your boy, George and Condoleezza and Bob Gates over at Defense had wanted Gitmo closed. But you said no. What's going on with that? And what do you have against the poor Grey Wolf? According to today's lead editorial in The New York Times, you're mess'n round with a bunch of stuff that, perhaps, you should just leave alone.

But you just can't help yourself - can you? Haven't you done enough damage to our country already? Why don't you just leave now and go back to your cushy seven-figure job as Chairman of Halliburton. What's with the IRS restoring tax breaks for banks that take losses on the bad loans they got? According to The Times, JP Morgan/Chase and some of your other buddies are going to use the taxpayers bailout money for M&A's. It seems that these "transactions" are going to really benefit by this new tax subsidy. Just taking care of your friends - right, Mr. C?

Mr. Cheney, I obviously don't know you personally. And most likely we'll never meet. I don't run in your circles and you sure as hell don't run in mine. But I think our nation could have been better served if you were a nicer - more understanding and compassionate person. Folks who hate Republicans I think have you to point to as a prime example. I don't know if you care, but that will be your legacy. And the cowboy hat kinda makes you look like that nasty (nefarious?) JR Ewing (Larry Hagman - Southfork) on that old CBS show "Dallas." If the shoes fit - actually the cowboy boots - wear it. Right, Mr. Cheney?
