A Federal magistrate (judge) ordered that he can stay home in his $7 million dollar apartment under "house arrest." He made his $10 million dollar bail. You and I would be behind bars in Rikers Island. Remember Martha Stewart and Ken Lay? Lay was the "Enron" guy. Both of them stayed home during their trial. Because that's what the rich can do. If I stole money from you, would you want me at home watching TV? No, of course not.
