同一个世界 同一个梦想 One World, One Dream

Have you been watching the Olympics? I've watched some of it only because Mrs. Grumpy is interested. I've seen the gymnastics, the rowing, field and stream - I mean track and field - beach volleyball and of course, the swimming. I've got to be honest, if the event doesn't have a pretty American girl in it preferably in a tight shiny swim suit or bikini, I'll pass. The USA still has the best looking women in the world, thank goodness. The rest of the world - especially the Russians - well, not so good. Besides the events, it's good to see all the places where our "stuff" is now made and where all our manufacturing jobs have gone to. It's good to see that when the Communists do shut down their factories, their air clears up and everyone, especially the athletes, can breathe and see each other again. I must emphasize, I have nothing against the "darling" Chinese people, who I'm sure just want to live in peace and make a decent living like all of us in the rest of the "free" and democratic world. It's their government I don't trust. But this is not about politics. There is one very important question that outshines the games. The one question that has everyone around the globe talking. The internet is all a buzz about it. What is it, you ask? Ok, here it is - what the hell is going on with Bob Costas' hair? It is real? Is it a hair piece? Why is it so damn dark? What happened to his old dirty blondish color? Yes, Olympics fans, this is what we really need to know. And the sooner the little shrimp (Costas) with the wierd black hair (piece?) comes clean, the better off we'll all be. Yes Bob, when, however many millions tune in at night, it's not because of Michael Phelps, it's because they're waiting to hear about your hair. We're waiting Bob.
